We got a clean and new baby crib for our little one at no extra charge which was surprising especially since other hotels would usually charge for it. The staff were super accommodating when we needed to change our room to avoid those connecting doors, felt like they actually cared.

Lastly, the response time from the front desk was slower than expected when I requested assistance. Those issues dampened my experience a bit, but the positives made it worthwhile.
